Our Strategic Plan for 2026-2029 is Here!

Today marks the launch of our Strategic Plan 2026-2029.

We’re excited to deliver even more for the community over the next three years.

The years leading up to 2025 and 2026 have seen huge growth and successes, and today we are privileged to be the recipient of several community awards and the responsibility of servicing thousands of members of our community.

Through all our programs and services, Wungening is a strong leader in the Aboriginal community-controlled sector and is ready to take on the next steps in our journey.

It is with great pride, that we present our strategic plan, that is both a roadmap and a promise- that we will continue to innovate, expand and strengthen, while remaining grounded in our culture and foundations that have been our guide for more than three decades.

We have 4 goals we are aiming to meet by 2029 that revolve around 4 strategic pillars, all of which reflect our core values of leadership, professionalism, culture-centred practice and integrity.

We are very excited for the future, because together, we are guided by our Elders and empowered by our communities, and we will continue the journey of Wungening, and healing in our way.
