Daniel Lyndon is the chef and owner of Bimba Foods and runs catering popups across Boorloo using ingredients sourced from Country.  

Daniel acknowledges the people that have taught and walked beside him, some amazing chefs like Yoda Iskov from Fervor, Nick & Anne from The Flackyard, Melissa Palinkas from Young George.  

He’s passionate about connecting people to culture, telling the stories behind the food, art on the the plates and ingredients sourced from Country.  

Daniel often uses honey ants from Kalgoorlie, b tomatoes, lemon myrtle, cinnamon myrtle, wattle seed, warrigal greens and youlk (the bush potato).  

As Bimba grows, he’s secured a partnership with FISH in the Swan Valley as the Exec Chef at the Olive Estate / Tea Rooms. His food is served in the garden area there, so swing by to experience his food.
