Violet Bacon

Violet has a Bachelor of Social Work, and a Masters in Health Counselling. She was the first Aboriginal Social Work Lecturer to be employed in the Social Work and Social Policy Department of UWA. One of the original Board Members of our organisation, she also brings experience as a past Board Member of the Australian Alcohol and Drug Council of Australia, the Drug and Alcohol Authority, Palmerston, and the School of Social Work and Social Policy at UWA.
