About the Service

The ReSet Program is a re-entry, reintegration and family and parenting support program delivered by a Consortium led by Wungening Aboriginal Corporation, with Centrecare, Wirrpanda Foundation, Incorporated and St Bartholomew’s House.

ReSet provides support with re-entry to the community through assisting with accommodation, counselling and employment and training. The service is targeted at men and women who have been assessed by the Department as being at medium to high risk of re-offending. Reintegration support is provided up to six months post-release support in the community.

Coordinator Package

Employed by Wungening, and working collaboratively with all Consortium agencies and the ReSet Program Manager, you will be responsible for the North Hub and lead your team to deliver successful outcomes through the ReSet Service. You will work closely with the Manager to ensure:

  • Your team undertakes relevant training and professional development and adheres to the Service Model, inclusive of an integrated care approach.
  • Oversee your team’s contribution to program outcomes, management and reporting.
  • Actively work towards building and maintaining a positive and proactive team culture that works effectively and efficiently to achieve the desired outcomes of the program and clients.
  • Address staff concerns in a timely manner and facilitate grievance and mediation processes if and as required.
  • Oversee and be responsible for programmatic quality, including client intake, screening, assessment, caseload allocation, management of other work related tasks and evaluation.
  • Participate in direct client activities as required and provide a culturally safe service and have the knowledge and skills to support others to work with Aboriginal people accessing the service.
  • Develop and maintain, respectful, supportive, collaborative and responsive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
